Bell Canada. The Bell Relay Service (BRS) operator is available to assist in placing or receiving call to/from persons who use a TTY/Teletypewriter. The BRS operator will also assist in placing VCO (Voice Carry Over) and HCO (Hearing Carry Over) calls.
